I realize that the first thing I need to do if I want to help you is to listen. Only if I know what your needs are, I can put all my knowledge and resources available to work toward meeting those needs.

This has proven to be a major asset I provide to my clients. I believe in strong representation of my client's interests, but believe that can be achieved with tactful and skillful negotiation handled in a professional manner.

Personal Background

I was born and raised in Peru. After completing my studies in Economics (Universidad del Pacifico, Lima/Peru) I worked as a Financial Analyst for 3M Peru. In 1993 I came to the U.S to obtain my Master's in Business Administration (MBA). In 1994 I graduated from the McLaren School of Business at the University of San Francisco. My emphasis was Marketing and Finance.

My first experience in Real Estate was as an intern for a Mortgage Company in San Rafael, CA. The internship turned into a full time position and the doorstep to whole new world of opportunities. My prior experience in the mortgage side of the business has been very valuable to my current activity, as it gave me an in-depth understanding of a key aspect of any real estate transaction, which is the financing.

I currently hold a R.E Broker's license, which is the highest licensing level issued by the Department of Real Estate, I am a full time Realtor and have been selling Real Estate in Solano County since 2000. Formerly affiliated with Prudential California Realty, in 2001 I was the top producing agent for their Vallejo office (Tennessee Office); I was honored with their "President's Circle Award" (recognition given to top producers among the Prudential Network nationwide) and ranked among the top tier of ALL Realtors in Solano County. All this within one year of starting to sell real estate. In the following years I have continued to grow my business and refine the ways to assist my clients.

I enjoy the challenges of Real Estate very much. I have to keep current with the ever changing laws and opportunities. Being able to work with many different people and to help them fulfill their real estate goals has been very rewarding experience for me.
